Analyst, Travel & Corporate Card
<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>The Travel & Corporate Card Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and optimization of the organization's SAP Concur Travel and Expense management system. This role ensures the efficient processing of T&E data, maintains compliance with company policies, and provides user support to employees across the organization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>System Administration & Support:</li><li>Provide daily operational support for SAP Concur modules (e.g., Request, Expense, Travel, and Invoice).</li><li>Resolve system errors and troubleshoot technical issues within Concur.</li><li>Manage helpdesk tickets related to SAP Concur in a timely and efficient manner.</li><li>Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure system integrations (e.g., with ERP systems, corporate card platforms).</li><li>User Support & Training:</li><li>Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees on using the Concur system for expense submission, travel booking, and policy adherence.</li><li>Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other support materials for the Concur platform.</li><li>Answer employee inquiries and assist with account maintenance, expense reconciliation, and system-related issues.</li><li>Compliance & Auditing:</li><li>Ensure compliance with company T&E policies through regular audits and reviews of expense reports.</li><li>Monitor and maintain daily system operations to ensure compliance and accuracy.</li><li>Collaborate with Internal Audit and Compliance teams to enforce policies via system rules.</li><li>Data Analysis & Reporting:</li><li>Generate and analyze reports on corporate card usage, expense trends, and compliance for leadership insights.</li><li>Utilize data to identify areas for process improvement and optimization within T&E operations.</li><li>Process Improvement:</li><li>Continuously improve processes to enable the business to scale and maintain a strong internal control environment.</li><li>Identify, propose, and implement process improvements related to T&E management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Education: A high school diploma or GED is required.</li><li>Experience:</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in T&E expense experience, audits, or accounting.</li><li>Proven experience working with SAP Concur systems, including Expense Management, Travel Management, and Invoice Management modules.</li><li>Experience resolving helpdesk tickets and providing end-user support.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review data, identify trends, and conduct audits.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with employees, stakeholders, and external vendors.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Knowledge of financial controls, audit processes, and corporate policies related to expense management.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?:</strong></p><p>Dave & Buster’s is an imaginative and dynamic company dedicated to creating innovative entertainment experiences that bring joy, laughter, and excitement to people of all ages.
