Business Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Sales Executive to join our growing team at Energy Fix Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the growth of the company within the energy efficiency and home improvement sector.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales ability, and the confidence to deal with customers, partners, and managing agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Promote company services including insulation, heating upgrades, and energy efficiency solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Follow up leads provided by the company and generate own leads
  • Work closely with surveyors, installers, and management team
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Attend meetings, site visits, and networking events when required
  • Ensure all sales activities follow company policies and UK regulations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service preferred
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems)
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Right to work in the UK

Pay: £24,420.00-£80,771.82 per year
