District Office HR Administrative Assistant
Goddard Public Schools is seeking a World Class Administrative Assistant. The District Office Administrative Assistant serves as the face of the District Office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to district departments, employees, and patrons. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as the primary receptionist and customer service representative for the District Office.
- Welcome and assist visitors, employees, parents, students, and community members.
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls and respond to inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, and interoffice communications.
- Manage District Office conference room scheduling and facility usage requests.
- Assist with the preparation of meeting materials, printing projects, and packet assembly.
- Order, receive, and maintain office and workroom supplies.
- Create and maintain employee identification badges and building access credentials.
- Assist with employee onboarding processes, including background checks and fingerprinting documentation.
- Support district communications by helping patrons navigate district resources, enrollment information, school boundaries, and district services.
- Maintain employee mailboxes, contact directories, and district records.
- Coordinate worker compensation documentation and other assigned administrative processes.
- Provide clerical and operational support to district departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of student, personnel, and district information.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service while representing Goddard Public Schools.
