Entry-Level Analyst

Position Overview

Our client, a leading firm in the financial services industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Analyst to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Support senior analysts and team leads in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations based on key business metrics
• Assist with research related to market trends, client portfolios, and internal performance
• Reconcile and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Participate in the development and improvement of internal reporting processes and workflows
• Communicate findings clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders and management
• Maintain databases and documentation related to analysis and reporting functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis tools); familiarity with Power Point
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or academic project experience in financial analysis, research, or data interpretation
• Familiarity with financial statements or industry-specific software (e.g., Bloomberg, SQL, Power BI)
