This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential.. **1) Upfront Commission;** $1,500–$3,000 per clinic closed. **2) Residual Commission**. Residual is calculated as a percentage of RCM service fees actually collected by our company from the client.. Paid for 12 months from each clinic’s go-live date.. Tier Structure (Annual Production-Based). First 5 practices closed: 10% of RCM fees. 6–10 practices closed: 12% of RCM fees. 11+ practices closed: 15% of RCM fees. The more you close, the higher your residual percentage. If 6 practices are closed within the first 6 months, a $6,000 performance bonus will be paid.
