Night Shift Packaging Operator Positions Weekly Pay (Topeka, KS)

DTC Workforce Management is hiring near you in Topeka ,KS.

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our growing team.

As a Packaging Operator you will be expected to set-up, operate and maintain manufacturing equipment with minimal instruction. You shall also be expected to calibrate major and minor ingredients according to established procedures and control the proportioning of such ingredients.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

The Packaging Operator is responsible for bagging all finished product per SOP’s for the facility.
Job Description:

• Apply safe operation of all equipment associated with assignments.
• Ensure packaging specifications are met.
• Conduct good housekeeping practices.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and recommend revisions or improvements.
• Exhibit flexibility, reliability, and mutual respect for fellow employees.
• Report any unsafe conditions or acts to Production Supervisor and/or other appropriate management personnel.
• Work in the most effective, efficient, and safe manner always.
• Responsibility to identify and communicate food safety and/or product integrity issues to appropriate personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

• Able to stand on feet for up to 12 hours a day
