Part-Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Part-Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing front-desk responsibilities, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, takes initiative, and follows tasks through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors professionally and create a welcoming office environment
  • Answer and route incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and directing customers to the appropriate team member
  • Perform general administrative duties (data entry, document handling, scanning/copying, filing, mail processing)
  • Maintain office organization and assist with day-to-day operational tasks
  • Support the team with special projects and follow-through on assigned tasks
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, carriers, and team members
Qualifications & Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor
  • Computer literacy and comfort learning new systems (Microsoft Office/agency systems, as applicable)
