Virtual Receptionist: Inbound Call Handling & Lead Collection (Scripted)

Key Responsibilities:

Answer Inbound Calls: Maintain a professional and friendly tone representing the company.

Follow the Script: Ask 8-10 specific questions to qualify the lead (Name, Phone, Service needed, etc.).

Lead Forwarding: Immediately after the call, send a summary of the collected information to my email.

Availability: Must be available during EST business hours.
